Online payments
Paying online is safe and secure via Paypal ( no account required ) and we accept most credit and debit cards. Once you complete your order with us you will be given an order confirmation number, you should make a note of this and use it should you need to contact us for any reason regarding your order. You will receive an email notification from paypal to confirm your payment has been successful.
Payment by post
If you prefer you may opt to pay by cheque or postal order.
Simply select the items as above and proceed to the checkout. Once there simply select the payment by cheque or money order option. Once you complete your order with us you will be given an order confirmation number, you should make a note of this and use it should you need to contact us for any reason regarding your order. This is of particular importance when you send your payment as it will enable us to process your order more efficiently.

Delivery
We offer delivery at a flat rate of £3.95 per order, regardless of where in the UK you are, or how much you order. Orders over £40.00 will currently be shipped free of charge. So go ahead and fill your basket and make good use of this great offer.We despatch to all parts of the UK by royal mail first class post. However orders over 2kg may be sent by courier and require a signature on receipt.
By special request we may despatch to some parts of the EU. We request an additional shipping fee for this service ( See "European postage rate" ).
Subject to stock availability all orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Returns
Should you wish to return or exchange any of your goods, you may do so within 7 days of you receiving them. All items must be returned unused and in a resaleable condition for a full refund, unless proved faulty.
All returns will be at your cost. We recommend returning items by a signed for service as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post.
With exchanges, where a difference in price arises we will only despatch the exchanged items on receipt of any additional payments due. Should any additional payment remain outstanding after 10 working days we reserve the right to refund the original item cost and will consider the sale complete. Naturally where the price of the exchanged goods is less than the original amount paid we will refund the difference in price on despatch of the exchanged goods.
