Prices
All the prices shown on this internet site are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of the last update. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this website, no liability can be accepted by our company for errors or omissions.
Returns
Goods must be returned as they were sent out, be undamaged and in the same condition in which they arrived. We strongly advise that all returns are sent via a signed for delivery service as we only accept responsibility for returned items once they arrive at our premises, not whilst in transit. Once we receive your returned goods we will, refund any payments promptly. Where customers request an exchange rather than a refund, we will despatch the replacement goods promptly and after any additional payments due have been received.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. Customers will have to pay for the cost of the shipping the goods to them and the cost of returning the goods to Edensupplies. Please contact us first should you wish to return any goods to us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Title to Goods Supplied
Ownership of goods supplied shall remain with Edensupplies until payment has been received in full. Payments by cheque should be made payable to "Edensupplies" and sent with your order and delivery details to us.
Postage and Packing
All orders are normally sent by royal mail. Large orders may be sent by courier, in which case the courier may require a signature on delivery. If no one is around to sign for the delivery the courier shall leave a card for you to contact them direct to arrange the redelivery of your goods. If the goods remain uncollected and return to us, we will only arrange for a second delivery on payment of a second postage and packing fee.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential losses, only the value of the lost goods.
Delivery schedule
We process your order as soon as it comes in and we aim to despatch the next working day. However this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Back orders
Should we temporarily be out of stock of your selected item(s), we will place your order on back order. You will be notified if a delay of more than 5 working days is expected before we expect to be able to fulfil your order. You have the option to cancel your order should you wish not to wait.
Privacy Policy
Edensupplies do not send customers unsolicited emails or marketing materials. Nor do we disclose customer information to third parties. When you place an order we need to obtain certain details, these can include email address, delivery address etc. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of the order status. We will also ask for a contact telephone number in case we need to contact you or for the courier in the case of large orders.
However from time to time we may send marketing emails and details of special offers to you if you have selected to subscribe to our newsletter service. You may ask to have your details removed from our mailing list by simply emailing us at any time.
Card security
All credit/debit card payments are through Paypal's secure and encrypted site, no card numbers are used or held by Edensupplies in any way.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Edensupplies harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Edensupplies, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service / product provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by Edensupplies to its customers, it agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Edensupplies against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Edensupplies, (2) any material supplied by the customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Edensupplies.
